1. Sponsor

The November Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Refined with Caroline and Skin By Caroline, 1643 Celanese Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732 (the "Sponsor"). Contact: care@refinedwithcaroline.com or (980) 999-0974.

2. Giveaway period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on November 5, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 30, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period").

3. Who can enter

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible.

4. How to enter

With an online order. Each order placed at refinedwithcaroline.com during the Giveaway Period earns one entry for every $50 of the order subtotal, before tax and shipping. In-store purchases, Holiday Market purchases and spa services booked through GlossGenius are not included.

Free method of entry. Send an email to care@refinedwithcaroline.com with the subject line "November Giveaway Entry" and your full name, mailing address and phone number. Limit one free entry per person for the Giveaway Period. A free entry has the same chance of winning as any other entry. If you would also like to receive emails from Refined with Caroline, you may add "Yes, add me to the email list" to your message. Joining the email list is optional and is not required to enter or win.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible or received after the end of the Giveaway Period are void. The Sponsor's records are the official record of entries.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a basket containing the jane iredale Skincare Makeup System, three jane iredale eye shadow sticks and a ClearStem Hydraberry Moisture Mask, with an approximate retail value of $117. The prize will be shipped free of charge to the winner's address within the United States, or the winner may collect it at the spa. No cash alternative or substitution, except that the Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value if an item becomes unavailable. Any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.

6. Drawing and notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about December 1, 2026. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be drawn.

7. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity

With the winner's consent, the Sponsor may announce the winner's first name and last initial by email and on social media.

9. General conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries or for technical failures. The Sponsor may cancel or modify the Giveaway if it cannot be run as planned. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

10. Winner's name

To request the name of the winner, email care@refinedwithcaroline.com after December 1, 2026 and before January 31, 2027.

11. Privacy

Information collected through entries is used to run the Giveaway and is handled under the Sponsor's privacy policy. Free entrants are added to the email list only if they ask to be.
