Your Questions, Answered

What is GoodOnya Organic Hydration?

Organic Hydration electrolyte drink mix is a powdered blend of real fruit, electrolytes, and mineral-rich pink Himalayan salt that you mix with water for a refreshing source of daily hydration. Its light lemonade taste, good source of magnesium, and only 1g of sugar make it a must-have addition to your daily hydration routine.

What makes GoodOnya Organic Hydration different?

This mix uses organic ingredients wherever possible, and all ingredients are derived from nature.

A few things are prioritized:

  • Using pink Himalayan salt instead of sodium chloride (table salt) for a more mineral-dense source of sodium.
  • Using coconut water for potassium rather than just potassium chloride.
  • Limiting electrolyte quantity to focus on quality sources of electrolytes in real fruit.
  • Magnesium derived from sea water.
  • Organic lemons instead of lemon flavorings.

Why are our electrolytes “low” compared to other brands?

The produce approaches hydration differently than other hydration mixes on the market. It focuses less on the numbers listed on the nutritional panel and instead directs all of its attention towards the actual ingredients. It believes in quality over quantity. Organic Hydration is designed to help you drink more water. It’s not a quick-fix solution, and it’s not for cases of extreme dehydration or post-marathon replenishment. It’s a delicious incentive to crush your water goals and feel your best.

Its low numbers are agreeable for most to consume multiple times a day. Think of it as a treat: a refreshing lemonade with 1g of sugar from real fruit and extra electrolytes on top.

Does Organic Hydration contain any added flavorings, dyes or colors?

No. The founder’s philosophy has always been that food should be as close to nature as possible, and even many of those “natural” flavors are, well, far from natural. We don’t believe in using artificial flavorings in any product, and you’ll never find “natural flavors” on the ingredient list.

Who is Organic Hydration right for?

For any trimester, teenager, or threenager.

Organic Hydration is Certified Organic, Certified Glyphosate Free, and low in sugar, making it a great option for the whole family. Its light lemonade taste and electrolytes can help those battling morning sickness, keep you hydrated at the family BBQ, replenish post-Pilates, or during that soccer game.

As always, talk to your doctor beforehand to make sure it’s right for you.
